Our client had a layout that just wasn't practical anymore
We worked in with the clients desire to create a
new layout and look that was both modern and practical. Budget was a consideration in the design of this project due to the nature of it's use being a school dorm This laid no limitations in the end result being excellent. New tiled floors and splash backs adding the premium touch, new affordable kitchenette, shower and vanities for that modern look, and a fresh paint for a new vibrant feel.
